Description

Basic/L1 Yoga

Appropriate for beginners and all levels.  Poses and flows allow opening of hips, hamstrings and build core strength. Regardless of age, flexibility or weight, you CAN DO yoga

Yoga for Neck/Back pain

This is a gentle hatha yoga class to help with neck and back pain. Breathing techniques are emphasized.

Kids Yoga (5-15)

Emphasizes fun movements, gross/fine motor skills, body/breath awareness, yoga principles and poses for strength, balance and flexibility. Meditation/ relaxation and breathing exercises.
