Ideal class if you have never done yoga before, have heard of it's benefits and want to explore the class. Also, if you are getting back to a practice after a long break.Great class for seniors! Gentle movements, static poses that allow you to relax and seated or standng poses. Alignment and breath are emphasized.
Regardless of age, flexibility or weight, you CAN DO yoga ! 6-10 in a class.

If you have wrist, neck or back pain and have been advised to do yoga, this is a good class for you. This gentle yoga class emphasizes releasing stress from the back, shoulders and neck. The class emphasizes yin relaxation techniques and pranayama breathing techniques to release stress and muscle tension.
Emphasizes gross/fine motor skills, body and breath awareness, yoga principles and poses for strength, balance and flexibility. Also emphasizes breathing and relaxation exercises along with some Yoga theory AND HAVING FUN! Helps with memory, concentration and focus.

Pregnancy Yoga
Gentle strengthening exercises to tone the body during pregnancy or after childbirth.
Emhasis is on breathing techniques to relax the mind and body, and connect deeply with your baby. We will teach you simple and safe poses that you can practice at home, which allow your body to prepare for childbirth. Even if you are new to yoga, we will take you through a set of gentle poses that you can do safely through your pregnancy.
Please check with your doctor or health care provider before you attend a pregnancy yoga class. You can start the program only after 12 weeks of pregnancy.
